Jennifer Heigl, and her husband Jeff, are the co-owners of Zen Kitchen Catering, an organic catering business located in Portland, Oregon. Named “Best Caterer 2006” in the city by online portal Citysearch, Zen Kitchen has been recognized for its contributions to local community organizations, as well as its earth-friendly, sustainable business practices. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Heigl honed her marketing and advertising skills in companies throughout the Pacific Northwest prior to opening Zen Kitchen in 2003.
